Reporting a problem
Please include:
- your macOS version (Apple menu ▸ About This Mac);
- your PDFMate version (PDFMate ▸ About PDFMate);
- what you did, step by step;
- what you expected, and what happened instead.
Please don't send us your documents. If we need a file to reproduce a problem, we'll ask, and you can send a copy with the sensitive parts redacted.
